Online Storm Reporting This link will take you to the Submit a Storm Report page for the National Weather Service Indianapolis. Simply fill in the appropriate dialog boxes with the proper information; date, time, location of the event, select the event from the list, add any additional details you think the NWS should know in the "Additional Details" box, and lastly, include your contact information. When you submit your report, it will immediately alarm on computers in the NWS office.
